Working with Doug and his family to transform their basement and finish it to meet their needs for their family and business. Starting with the unfinished basement which currently is home to an unfinished play area, lots of storage and their family business Viva Oils. Wanting to transform the space we added a guest suite, recreation room, storage and a large office to serve their varied needs.

We started by documenting the existing conditions and going over the priorities and the plan. Then working with that we worked quickly to model in the 3D the proposed design and design each of the spaces to meet the needs. Currently under construction, last I spoke to them they're excited to see their basement transformed into a space that serves their needs for years to come.
